He has established trusted advisor relationships with senior executives in North America, LATAM and EMEA. This status was achieved by identifying and connecting companies with technology, business and financial process innovation to help clients’ increase productivity and growth, create new revenue streams, and drive industry-leading change. In his roles as Senior Vice President of Business/Corporate Development, International Legal Counsel and business strategy consulting prior to establishing RuahTAO, he led strategic alliances, venture investments, M&A activities and innovative solutions that scaled business models using financial and business processes. Jan Aage Røtnes
After a rich career with senior management positions at international companies including IBM, Xerox, and Gartner, and Norwegian companies including Office Line, Software Innovation, and Hartmark Consulting, Jan Aage Røtnes is today a Norway-based executive who focuses on serving as a turnaround expert and interim manager. He serves as Business Development Manager of Posicom AS and Business Accelerator at Mektron Robotics AS. He serves on the board of Justice for Martine. In his family’s business, Relator AS, he provides advisory, interim management, and speaking engagements on an international basis. Røtnes´s career includes business experience in many countries, several industries and business cultures, and in different capacities, although mainly on senior-management levels. His approach involves dedicated, to-the-point analyses and business execution, and speed of operation is his trademark. Røtnes has been on the board of directors for several companies in several countries and have thus experienced variations of corporate law and governance. He is also a journalist, a member of the International Federation of Journalists, and a Member of the Royal Society of Medicine in London. Peter Preksto is a seasoned executive with a long career in technology management and business development. He was an early innovator of demand-publishing systems. He served as Division Vice President for Coral Gables-based, publicly traded BLOC Development, building the F3 Forms Automation System. Preksto co-founded and served as president of Seattle-based Numinous Technologies, Inc., a company that licensed software inventions developed by graduate students, productized them, and then re-licensed the finished products to others. He was a co-founder and president of privately held Balize, Inc., an online community-software company located in Fort Lauderdale. For several years, he has served as a marketing strategist and change-management consultant for technology and engineering companies in the United States and Norway. He is a co-founder of the security firm, Praxis. William Ojile has 17 years’ experience working on legal, regulatory, and government affairs issues impacting the telecommunications industry. While at U S WEST from 1989 to 2000, he represented the company on important matters before state regulatory bodies and served as Regional Executive Director – Public Policy overseeing regulatory and government affairs issues for four states. From 2000 to 2006, Ojile was Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary for Valor Telecommunications in Irving, Texas, where he led the Company’s legal, regulatory, government affairs, human resources, and corporate communications functions. Since closing the spin-merger transaction in 2006 where the wireline assets of Alltel were spun off into a separate company and then merged with Valor to form Windstream Communications, Ojile has been Chief Legal & Administrative Officer for Alta Colleges, Inc. in Denver, Colorado. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and his law degree from the University of Nebraska College Of Law.
